Lamborghini da polícia italiana

Numa cerimônia privada, a famosa fabricante de carros esportivos Lamborghini doou para a polícia italiana a sucessora da Lamborghini Gallardo usada pela força policial italiana desde 2004.

A nova Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 Polizia é uma super máquina com 560cv de potência que pode alcançar até 326 km/h. O carro inicialmente será usado pela Polícia Rodoviária de Lazio.

O cockpit é equipado com o que há de mais moderno na tecnologia da polícia italiana, com um sistema de vídeo que permite mandar imagens em tempo real ao posto policial mais próximo e um dispositivo de GPS capaz de calcular a localização, direção do movimento e velocidade da Lamborghini, informação imprescindível na intercptação dos veículos que estão sendo perseguidos.

Além disso, a Lamborghini também é usada em emergências médicas, o compartimento da bagagem é equipado com sistema de refrigeração especial que torna possível o transporte de órgãos em segurança e ainda um defibrilador no caso de emergências extremas.
